We want you to be happy with PineTune. If it doesn’t work for you, you can get your money back.
14-day refunds
Any paid PineTune plan (annual plan or 90-day pass) can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
How to request
Email support@ticklogits.com from the address used at checkout and include your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment partner, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
The licence key for the refunded order is deactivated and PineTune returns to the Free plan. Your local settings and results are not affected.
Before you buy
We recommend trying the Free plan and the free 14-day trial first to confirm PineTune reads your strategy’s inputs and metrics correctly.
Renewals
If a plan renews, you can request a refund of the renewal within 14 days of the renewal charge.
