Privacy Policy

This policy covers the PineTune browser extension (“PineTune”) and the website ticklogits.com (the “Site”), both operated by Ticklogits Labs (“we”, “us”).

Short version: PineTune runs locally in your browser. We do not collect, sell or receive your strategies, settings, backtest results, prompts or API keys.

1. Data the extension processes

To work, PineTune reads content on the TradingView chart page you open, such as strategy inputs, Pine source code you choose to edit, and Strategy Tester metrics, and stores your settings and results in your browser’s local storage (chrome.storage.local). This data stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

2. Optional features that contact third parties

These features only run if you enable them, and requests go directly from your browser to the provider you configure:

• AI review / assistant. When you add your own API key for an AI provider, prompts and results are exchanged directly between your browser and that provider under its privacy policy. We never see your key, prompts or responses.
• Jev advisor. If you configure a TypeSafe (Jev) key, compact run summaries are sent from your browser to that endpoint. We never see your key or the data sent.

3. Ultra local API (Developer plan)

The Ultra bridge runs on your own computer and binds to the loopback address (127.0.0.1) only. Traffic between your agent, the bridge and the extension never leaves your machine.

4. Licence keys

Licence keys are verified offline inside the extension. A key contains the plan, expiry date and the TradingView username you provided at purchase; PineTune does not send it to us for validation.

5. Purchases

Payments are processed by our payment partner acting as Merchant of Record. They collect the billing details needed to complete your order and comply with tax law, and share with us your name, email address, the product purchased and order status so we can deliver and support your licence. We do not receive your full card details.

6. Trial keys and community

If you request a trial key (for example via our Discord server), we collect the TradingView username and email address you provide, to issue the key, prevent abuse and, if you agree, send product emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. The Site

• Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that report aggregate page views without identifying you.
• Uninstall survey. If you choose to answer the optional survey shown after uninstalling, we receive your selected reason and any text you write.
• Email. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence to help you.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.

8. Retention and your rights

Extension data is deleted when you uninstall PineTune or clear browser data. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by contacting us at support@ticklogits.com.

9. Children

PineTune and the Site are not directed to children under 16.

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
